  • Launching an iconic rebrand for Ella Baché

    Tipping Point created a multi-site solution to provide localised support for the Ella Baché franchise network including online bookings and a mobile presence for every salon.

    Based on individual salon needs, the digital solution enables non-technical franchisees to create their own content, carry out email marketing, promote local offers and increase salon bookings.

  • Structured e-learning with BT Financial Group

    Working with BT, Tipping Point developed an e-learning platform to support advisers in attracting new clients, retaining current clients and encouraging referrals for new clients.

  • Creating email cut-through for Symantec

    To increase the engagement of its publications, Tipping Point helped Symantec rethink its content from the perspective of customers and optimise response through an enhanced user experience.

    This included developing information architecture and designing communications so they yielded a higher return on investment by driving new leads.

  • Calculating retirement readiness with Suncorp
