specialise in the user experience.

At Tipping Point, we've proven that designs that resonate with the agendas of online users tip those same determined users into the business agenda.
So whether I'm facilitating client workshops or developing workshop tools, my focus is to capture and organise the many insights that business has into its customers - their behaviours, priorities, expectations and reactions.
Then it's my responsibility to use those insights to drive our designs and recommendations.
Why I believe I add value
- I've worked across a broad spectrum of business sectors - financial services, IT, sport, travel, motoring and education.
- I've gone beyond simply designing website architectures to identifying how the content needs to be developed to engage users.
- I've developed a new approach to writing content for e-communications - writing to 'tip' not just to present.
- I've evolved techniques and tools that make our clients equal contributors to design as well as analysis.
- Like all Tipping Point consultants, I see every client engagement as a collaborative, sharing experience - not a "stand aside and leave this to us' approach.
- Since 1998, I've published more than 15 papers in Australia and the United States, including Beware the User Agenda and If Readers Don't Read, Who Is Responsible?
