Tipping Point Pty Ltd does not collect any private information on individuals visiting our website.
Tipping Point Pty Ltd is a member of the Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) and only implements permission-based marketing campaigns.
In complying with the Spam Act 2003, all Tipping Point clients provide only data that complies with the Act. Tipping Point ensures that all communication sent on behalf of clients comply by:
- clearly identifying who has sent the email
- providing a clear unsubscribe facility
- ensuring unsubscribe facility is available for at least 30 days following campaign launch
- removing unsubscribes from databases within 5 days of request
Tipping Point is in regular contact with ADMA and ACA (Australian Communications Authority) to remain up to date with the legislation.
